- We began our artist in residence work today. Students will work on creating a landscape using transformations of polygons.

Math
- Math Estimation Projects: These projects were due today; beginning today, we had students who did not finish their assignments work on them during lunch.
Social Studies
- Geography quizzes were handed back today.
- Similar to the math quiz on number sense, we do not send quizzes back as we keep them for our records. HOWEVER, the students fill out a green sheet that outlines the student's mark, the areas/topics they did well with, and the areas for growth. There is also a section that talks about what students plan to do to continue their positive results or to improve upon them.
- A small group of students will do a second quiz on Friday after lunch. Their green sheets will come back tomorrow.
