Language Arts:

1. Poet-Me Anthology: Good copy is now overdue.

• Beginning Monday, students who have not handed in their good copy will be asked to stay in at recess and/or lunch to complete the assignment.

Math

1. Ask students to explain what a:

• Prime number is.
• Composite number is.
• Extension/Challenge:
• What traits do most prime numbers have in common?
• For numbers 1 to 100: If you're unsure if a number is prime or composite, why might it be a good guess to go with "composite"?

Science

1. Biotic and Abiotic factors sheet is due Monday, October 19th.

Social:

1. Quiz: Friday, October 16th, 2015. Please see previous blog posts for topics. Oceans and continents will not be on the quiz.
